GLOBAL MARKETING OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

oversee the asset creation process that leads to the execution of 6 plus high level product campaigns per season
with the creative team and cross-functional groups such as retail, digital, social, pr, events, print and digital media to ensure a global execution for launch. this also encompasses over 50 additional projects a month.


• create, manage and track marketing processes to improve how the global marketing team operates while reducing
inefficiencies.

• assist in the progress and development of 4 seasonal catalogues, in-store point of sale such as fixture signage,
lightboxes, window vinyl and window displays globally. outsource printables and coordinate installation across
multiple doors for all seasonal campaigns.
• coordinate the creation and delivery of both print and digital advertising globally for monthly athlete and brand
initiatives for a multimillion dollar media buy.


• provide logistical support for corporate and sponsored events, including seasonal sales meetings that require offsite
visual experiences representing the brands messaging for the season through large graphics, digital features,
promotional items, currated product rooms so teams leave with a 360 brand experience.

• collaboratively consult with other marketing leads and provide budget management for their fiscal needs by coding,
submitting and tracking spend through accounting. Assist in finance meetings to analyze YTD spend and guide the marketing team accordingly.

• work closely with the creative team to ensure they meet crucial deadlines, create master calendar showcasing
critical dates for the team to work towards and assign projects in online brie ng system to assure completion and delivery based on timelines.

MARKETING OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

manage the ow of work from business teams to creative and production departments and vendors.


• monitor workloads, creating project schedules, maintaining job les, tracking and monitoring progress, routing
projects, conducting traffic meetings globally.
