Responsibilities: ? Responsible for co-coordinating and developing product from Development to Pre-Production stage within the defined time constraints. Monitoring reports & coordinating with the production & quality team on day to day basis to ensure timely start up & smooth execution to meet the delivery schedule. ? Discussing on the design details & BOM with the merchant, pattern team and get the teckpacks updated accordingly and also to get the patterns done on time so as to meet the dead line for dispatching the samples. ? Conducting product information exchange team (Style meeting) along with production team to check on the production feasibility of the required style and also to advise the merchant team if styling has to be changed techpack to meet the requirement. ? Managing & supporting team throughout the process to ensure products meet require margin structure. ? Keep observation on product at each stage with respect to the customer expectations by guiding team. ? People management, Develop talent within the department & support team by providing consistent direction & support to achieve stretch targets. ? Skill Matrix. ? Value Stream Mapping. ? Training, Supervising and Appraising staff and Operators. ? Administering stock control. ? Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met. ? Planning. ?
