Australia (Sponsored on TSS 482 Visa) • Head of Leasing at the first ever Build to Rent (BTR) Property in Australia, based in Sydney Olympic Park • My responsibilities were to create the marketing strategy for the property prior to pre-leasing • Established expert knowledge of the property and surrounding environment, to maximize opportunities and develop other strategies to attract different audiences and prospects • Managed and consistently updated the Internet Listing Services (ILS) through Domain and Realestate.com, updated weekend inspections times, apartments photos, floor plans of available units, pricing updates, and optimizing ads • Created pre-opening events by activating the spaces to showcase the property and promote optimal exposure to the brand, and a new style of living in Sydney • Responsible for the lease up of 315 brand new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses on 23 floors • Pre-Leasing began in July 2020, move-ins began September 1st, 2020 (Dec. 1st just over 35% occupancy) • Daily efforts included motivating the team to follow up and close leases, coordinate the resident move-ins, prepared their welcome gifts, assisted with the move-in process, reviewing pet registrations, car spaces / storage cages, Utility and WiFi connections, etc. • Expected to be the face of the community, focused on developing relationships with current and new prospects, as well as our new residents • Identified and coveted all B2B opportunities weekly, by establishing outreach activities, and maintained partnerships with local businesses to create value for our residents • Led key site inspections (tours) with stakeholders, investors and industry partners, weekly (due to the high level of curiosity and interest of the business model for property management • Regularly reviewed and implemented improvements to site inspections by tailoring tours to suit varied audiences, as well as ensured all team members were trained and delivered with consistency • Responsible for achieving and forecasting occupancy and customer experience standards in line with the property budget and business plan • Responded daily to all social media engagements (comments and inquiries on Facebook and Instagram) • Planned, executed and attended the resident events to promote and maximize business opportunities as well as enhance our resident experiences (Welcome Home Events, Halloween Costume Party, LIV Book Club, Dog Events, Fitness Bootcamps, etc.) • Played a key role in the testing online software and training the property's CRM system (XMS & Salesforce) *Due to major company restructure during pandemic, Mirvac was forced to reduce costs, and therefore reduced the onsite staff which made me redundant.
