Designed components of deployable and rigid space systems, including solar arrays and coilable booms, using ProE/PTC CREO and Windchill PLM. Developed and executed engineering change orders (ECO's) to assist full time employees with updating heritage parts to fit the needs of new programs. Designed, tested, and executed a procedure for bonding solar array cone fittings using 3D printed models to demonstrate the key concerns and concepts. Coproduced a program in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) within Excel that organized daily metrics regarding current programs. Saved the management team time with daily organization Designed tiedown struts that connected a coilable boom's tip plate, baseplate and launch vehicle attachment in stowed condition. Executed preliminary stress analysis within PTC CREO for the tiedown strut. Worked in a team setting where cooperation, coordination, and conveying progress were key.
