Currently working in dual role as a SAS Practice Lead and Lead Analytical Innovative Solution Responsibilities • Lead and Mentor CTO's initiative "Millennial Garage" - an analytical innovative solution to nurture the talents from various Data and Analytics Technology streams to build AI/ML, Advanced analytics solutions across global industry verticals. • Develop and lead multiple projects in the migration of SAS to Pyspark, Analytical solutions using R, R- Studio and PowerBI and ComputerVision • Text Mining solutions for organization-wide intelligent search using SAS Viya Text Analytics, SAS VDMML and SAS Visual Analytics • Conduct and evaluate Hackthon in the areas of "New Age Data Engineering", "AL&ML" and "Visualization" • Technical Engagement Manager in the migration of SAS Grid platform to Informatica and PowerBI. This is a Value Addition project that saved huge cost, time and effort. • Responsible for Account mining, Resource Planning, Invoicing, Financial tracking -BAC/EAC with Actuals, SOW and Contract documentation. • Lead SAS Competency and drive the development of assets, accelerators, Intellectual Property and storyline that represents all our capabilities to address client's problem. • Expertise in building the SAS Practice, engaging in the pre-sales, client relationship, solution/technical architecture, delivery and community development. Key Achievements • Migration of SAS Platform is a value addition project which saved 500K / year. • Successfully implemented strategic resource realignment model which resulted in the Cost reduction, Productivity gain, and decentralization of resource authority. • Has enabled and contributed to the SAS RFP's around $1M on SAS Administration and Analytics. Has been successful in adding new logos to our portfolio • Led the growth of SAS Practice from 45 to 70 employees in 2 years by the induction of college graduates as shadow in the projects and with new accounts. • In 2018, successfully trained 90 resources in SAS and has achieved 25 certifications across multiple SAS technologies.

Operate as Onsite lead point for contract for all account related activities including Pre-sales, Business Development, Client Review/Escalation, Strategic Opportunities, Account status reporting, and Governance meetings. • Lead new projects initiatives, estimate work effort, Resource Planning, Invoicing, Financial tracking - BAC/EAC and Actuals, SOW and Contract documentation. • Initiate, Estimate, Manage and delivered over $1.2 M large enterprise wide projects. • Responsible for 7%-9% annual revenue growth • Create, initiate and implement global project management practices to track, monitor • Work with research teams to develop innovative analyses of the Medicaid market and drug utilization for internal and external presentation. • Proactively manage project risks and issues, mitigate them and minimize their impact on the project • Manage multiple infrastructures of SAS Business Intelligence, SAS Fraud Framework, SAS Social Network Analysis, SAS Enterprise Case Management (ECM) and SAS Workflow Studio. • Serve as liaison between technical teams, SAS vendor team, users and management.

Involved in the Design, development and implementation of multi-tier architecture applications using SAS 9.1.3, SAS/Share, Enterprise Guide, SAS Information Delivery Portal (IDP) and Weblogic. • Involved in the migration of SAS/Share UI tables to DB2 which improved 200% increase in the performance. • Manage SAS license installation, hotfix update and troubleshooting the servers during outages. • Provide User profiles authentication in SAS Management Console. • Implemented the performance changes to improve the reports performance by up to 20 times by redesigned the SAS codes with minor tweaks to Data Model to improve performance for UI Reporting. • Also provided guidelines in fine tuning and optimizing the performance long running dailyETL from over 2 hours to under 20 minutes by using appropriate Indexing and by introducing alternative SAS processing steps. • Guide other team members with best practices and provide a technical know-how.

Create analysis reports includes; Scorecard Analysis, Dashboard Analysis, Attrition Analysis, Compensation Analysis and Analysis using Report Services. • Generate standard reports like Advance Booking Analysis, Post-Departure Analysis, Revenue Analysis, Availability Analysis, Post-Departure Verification, Graphical Analysis reports like Passenger profile, frequency awards and activity rates. • Architect solutions based on client needs. Implemented a strategy using Cube models to handle the varied needs and accommodate data availability. • Evaluate PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution and its applicability to Citibank, Poland. • Roadmap for implementation of the CRM Analytics in Citibank, Poland and to other countries in the region.
