As a store lead I am responsible for an established partnership with Management Team to support company initiatives and objectives. I must continuously demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills along with an impeccable eye for detail. I must foster a positive work environment while maintaining proper representation of the brand by acting in a consistent and professional manner. When managers are off the premises I must drive business results by maximizing daily sales plans, maintaining understanding of KPIs, while also analyzing business trends and sale results in hopes of improving metrics through floor leadership. On occasion I assist in the development of talent and the development of cohesive talent bases. My most important responsibility is to motivate, coach, and assist employees while still actively participating in day-to-day activities. On a daily bases I must report and execute hourly sale goals, daily goals, weekly goals, and yearly goals, while still maintaining awareness of company visual standards and providing unique insight when necessary.
