focused "boots on the ground" strategy in both LATAM and CANADA. I developed, implemented and managed the following in my time with Dr Martens

• Hired new distributors specializing in DTC business direction (Mono Brand Ecommerce, Mono Brand Retail)
• Developed grey market policing strategies and worked closely with both Americas and International legal
teams to mitigate diversion activities in LATAM
• Organized and managed a full review/clean up of all Dr Martens Canadian retailers,
• Developed a Canadian 3PL business strategy and supervised the distribution center roll out.
• Built dedicated LATAM and Canadian based sales organizations, which included (CS, Independent Provincial
Sales Teams, and focused Sales Ops and Marketing teams.
• Designed and oversaw sales commission pay structures and wholesale pricing strategies.
• Developed all Dr Martens Canadian Tradeshow activities and relationships.
• Built dedicated Canadian and LATAM DTC websites and additional Dr Martens Retail Store locations.
