As a Service Delivery Manager, I used to manage IT Infrastructure and IT Operations as well as the Global IT Service Desk. I was also accountable and responsible for Branch Infrastructure uptime (Business App’s, Servers, Networks, inter-branch connectivity, Storage, and Backup). As an SDM I was a liaison with all internal business stakeholders, IT functions within the organization, and APAC Regional IT located in Singapore, Beijing, Australia, and London, business partners, 3rd party suppliers, and also ensure the needs of their business are fulfilled.
