Social Media Marketing Manager

• Manage the company’s Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, Tumblr, Google+, and Steam Store pages to further online visibility
• Content creation for all Social Media Sites
• In charge of the development of multiple Newsletter Campaigns with different goals to achieve; player retention, return player campaigns, Facebook and forum introductions, weekly game information newsletters, and a welcome to our community newsletter

• Work with a team overseas in to coordinate additional marketing creatives, SNS content, newsletters, and additional images are created that align with the company’s goals and values
• Hosting multiple Twitch streams informing the community of new content arriving in the game, and playing in PVP matches against the players to help build a stronger foundation for the community and the company
• Responsible for a 21.85% growth on Facebook since the time I started with the company (the numerical increase was around 63.5K new likes to our Facebook page)

• Responsible for managing Community Engagement, Customer Support, and PR & Marketing Promotions
• Developed and ran two successful Kickstarter campaigns during the funding periods, with one campaign funding 782% of the original goal
• Represented the company in interviews over the phone, through emails, and even in person to discuss or demonstrate upcoming projects
• Designed and ran a digital tournament for one of our products at Gen Con 2014, which saw over 20 participants and ran over the course of 2 days

•	Developed, created and implemented a volunteer program for our community forums. Once the program was implemented, I stayed on in order to help guide the volunteers and to help make sure that they were performing the acts they were supposed to on our forums and in the game, while also assisting them in creating events and prizes for the rest of the community.
•	Maintained a relationship between the company and its many players through Social Media sites, such as Facebook and the company’s own game forums. 
•	Designed, created, and implemented new Facebook pages for our newest games. 
•	Designed, implemented, and worked at special company booths for industry related events.
•	Creation of events and forum content for the company in order to get the online community involved with the game and with each other, helping to build a lasting community for our gamers.
•	Worked with PR Manager and outsourced PR Company to provide information for news blasts and assisted in drafting PR articles for press. Also worked with outside press in assisting them with their own articles about our company, as well assisting with virtual media tours for our new games and new content.
•	Experience working in CMS tools such as RightNow in order to complete and send out email campaigns and company newsletters, and also wrote a few PR pieces that have been published on MMO websites in regards to our current title, Lucent Heart.

•	Specialized in building and maintaining the social media communities for many of the award-winning independent public relations and integrated communications agency’s clients.
•	Managed multiple projects at the same time while keeping the flow of communication open between our clients and their communities. Maintained communication flows through email and instant messaging communications such as MSN and Skype.

Social Media Contractor

•	Designed, implemented, and maintained company's external social media sites such as xfire, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube while managing community relationship with active users with ultimate goal of increasing brand awareness and loyalty.
•	Developed and distributed PR articles and newsletters for in-service games and content updates as well as drafting portal-wide announcements.  
•	Drafted announcements for the public to inform the community of news and on-goings within the company.
•	Worked closely with the Project Management Team as a liaison to make sure that both the Project Managers and the community felt heard and understood what was being discussed.
•	Created, prepared, and executed online training materials for our overseas outsourced department. Trained two different teams through MSN programs and email communications then managed each team for over a year through online communication.
•	Trained new employees in-house on Billing, Account Administration, and Account Actions for our Customer Service Department.
•	Planned and executed promotional events and activities for games in order to boost or maintain essential KPI including Concurrent Users (CCU), Sales, and Monthly Unique Visitors (MUV).
