Created and executed B2B annual plans and budgets that were trade show and event centric utilizing an integrated marketing approach in alignment with overall business goals and objective. Responsible for Event Marketing, Strategy, and Operations for all Total Gym trade shows and corporate events related to sales, education and distribution networks. Management and optimization of CRM Database and Electronic Marketing Program. • Managed the planning, execution & budgeting of Total Gym’s annual event plan to optimize return on investment. Included developing an integrated event marketing plan, recommending and negotiating sponsorship and exhibit contracts, execution of before, during and post show logistics, strategizing promotional activity before, during and after events , contributed to recruiting and maintaining relationships with independent contractors, and the production of an 18-24 month floating calendar of events. • Developed best business practice to optimize the CRM database of over 200 000 records to increase overall Total Gym sales and revenue. Managed the integrity of the database as well as provided training and support to end users.

Responsible for event marketing and operations for all efi Sports Medicine (now Total Gym) trade show events, as well as all corporate events related to sales, education and distribution networks. • Preparation of a two to three year plan for convention and trade show presence to include the universe of possibilities pertaining to related markets and recommend to upper management the venues most likely to be successful for efi Sports Medicine (now Total Gym). • Negotiation of booth space, sponsorships, education docket presence and advertising pertaining to the show venues to ensure effective strategic placement, location and presence at each event. • Planning, preparation and organization of all shipping, material handling and staffing needs for each event, including travel, lodging and other necessary arrangements for staff and trainers to ensure all events run on time and smoothly. • Contributed to recruiting and maintaining relationships with independent contractors.
