Taryn Lawrence: Inside Sales/Branch Social Media Coordinator in Fountain valley, CA

Duties Include: - Provide top-notch support to our outside sales consultants with catering and corporate accounts - Develop strong interpersonal relationships with clients by acting as a liaison between clients and the sales consultants, assisting with event design as needed. - Prepare accurate job quotes for clients. - Be the first point of contact for all new clients who call or walk into our facility. - Enter orders accurately in our CRM software and follow up with clients' orders and quotes in a timely manner. - Build knowledge of extensive inventory and learn appropriate applications. - Post event photos daily on Instagram for the Orange County Branch - Create E-blasts – sent monthly to client database

- Consults with hotels, vendors and other entities within the hospitality industry. - Coordinates program elements for openings, weddings and other social gatherings. - High-end weddings - coordinate with brides and vendors for the day-of wedding and/or full wedding planning services. - Supervises logistic management; advance planning, program coordinating as well as on-site management. - Design Services – create and design invitations for weddings, special events, save the dates, programs, menus, seating charts, birth announcements, shower invitations & birthday parties. - Corporate Incentives Program for Tru Show Inc. – plan annual incentive program including: Hotel Negotiation, Hotel Room List, Spa Schedule, Golf Tournament, Nightly Gift Room Drops, Outside Activities, Food & Beverage, Off-Site Dinner Party, & Transportation - Provides administrative support for the Owner. - Handle working with difficult brides and clients in a business like manor
