Oversee all Leader and Crew Training content. Training consists of Customer Service, Group Dynamics, Conflict Management, Communications, Safety, Company Policies and procedures. I have developed training programs for our mountain guides in Mt.Kilimanjaro and our cycling trips in South East Asia. I work with all of our local leaders and operations staff in all countries we operate in.
