Work alongside the owners and founders of the largest designer online bikini retailer, Ishine365 Although the company is an online boutique, the owners decided to open up a pop-up shop on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach. One accomplishment is that I was the only sales associate to be hired out of the state of California. All of the other workers were transferred from the Miami location by the owners themselves. Know everything about the current stock, online and in store, and how each brand and bikini fits, size runs, is priced, etc. For example, Which top works with a bigger chest?, What bottoms do we have in a selection of side ties?, Etc Complete sales goals on a daily basis and keep track of personal commission sales, what we have in stock, and work the register as needed

Answer phones for both companies- 16 lines, greet walk in customers, vendors, visitors, monitor destination log for both companies, monitor visitor log. Fax documents, mail documents as directed, stamp and distribute mail. Compile safety manuals- Issue to new jobs, receive back when jobs are completed and inventory contents when received at job completion and track safety paperwork. Compile new hire manuals, compile sales information for both companies as needed, prepare appreciation certificates monthly, and prepare newsletter for following month on last payroll of month. Restock paper and other supplies, call in repair orders as needed, and assist in preparing order for supplies. Assist owners with event planning, assist A/P department, and create spreadsheets as needed.
