Responsible for all site operations for the RVS Goleta, CA and Lompoc, CA sites with combined internal and external sales of approximately $300M, and over 700 employees. This role included the responsibilities for strategic planning to achieve business growth and drive profitability in core business areas, and for integrating Raytheon's vision, strategy, meeting the business financial goals, and assessing capability gaps. Key accomplishments include: • Established 3-year recapitalization plan, implementing the first year in 2019 to refresh the factories equipment with state-of-the-art capabilities • Initiated and executed strategies to capture several strategic Space and Airborne pursuits • Significantly increased year-over-year bookings, sals and profit.

Key accomplishments include: • Delivered yearly-defined financial goals to the company, over delivered 6 of the last 7 years. • Successfully transition the AARGM program (a Navy ACAT-1 weapons program) from Development to Full-Rate Production. • Captured Armed Caravan Special Mission Aircraft contracts in Iraq and Lebanon. • Captured and delivered first international light gunship special mission aircraft program and developed a product line and marketing campaign in conjunction with aircraft OEMs. • Captured two Aircraft Survivability Equipment upgrade programs in Korea to install the AAR-47 and ALE-47 suite of aircraft protections equipment on several Korean helicopters. • Captured a program within the UAE to install an acoustic hostile fire detection system, on 280 aircraft operated by the Joint Aviation Command in the UAE. • Implemented process improvements in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to increase margins by over 6% in the last 3 years. • Completed facilities rationalization study and implemented footprint reduction to reduce cost and improve operating efficiencies. • Achieved first CMMI Level 3 certifications. • Maintained AS9100 and ISO9001 certifications. • Successfully relocated AARGM production to a new facility in Northridge, consolidating 5 separate buildings in one facility.
