Established and formed the W. WA Region for AmericanWest Bank in 2011; AmericanWest Bank purchased Bank of the Northwest and Viking Bank in 2011 to form the W. WA Region. I managed the Region through two system conversions in 2011 and 2012. In September of 2014, I acquired under my leadership the Oregon Market for AmericanWest Bank which was established through the acquisition of PremierWest Bank in 2012. I direct the overall profitability of the Regions to achieve business and consumer production objectives. I implemented and currently manage a direct relationship banking-needs based sales model, including business and consumer lending, deposits, and investments in the Regions. I am responsible for employee development, customer satisfaction, and promotion of corporate culture, goals, and objectives for the Regions. I manage the Credit Quality of the Region’s Business loan portfolio and all Consumer loans for 23 Community Bank locations in W. WA & Oregon.
