I founded APX, developed the customer relations and built the manufacturing line and processes to my design and specifications. In 2012, APX moved from OEM manufacturing to owning and operating its own manufacturing facility and since that time has had yearly growth in production and sales of 20-30% each year. Currently, on an annual basis, APX produces over 600 million gelatin capsules marketed and sold as paintballs. As President of Operations, I have been the person responsible for daily operations planning and production, including the management oversight of approximately 30 employees in 3 departments.
