? Lead the day-to-day operation of all warehouse, distribution and production activities ? Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure service levels and operational goals are met ? Establish and implement strategic vision for warehouse operations: systems, equipments, space utilization and delivery of service to be in competitive and to meet the continuous growth of the company’s demands ? Achieve 99% inventory accuracy in both WMS/IMS by a delegated team to perform daily cycle count program, thorough investigations, proper adjustments, and quarterly inventory freeze to perform accurate physical count of primary locations ? Development of managers, supervisors, team leads and associates through clearly communicated performance objectives, business process trainings, career development planning, consistent feedbacks, and lead by examples ? Establish and monitor KPI standards for a 3PL in Canadian distribution and familiar with drug establishment license ? Apply process excellence and lean methodology to increase effectiveness and efficiency ? Develop and maintain relationships with transportation and critical suppliers to negotiate freight and other cost savings ? Operate in compliance with OSHA, FDA, federal, state, and local statues and ensure company policies and procedures are applied consistently to all personnel ? Lead special projects in system implementation for both hardware and software; including SOPs and manuals and on-going training for all users in warehouse and distribution operations ? Establish and manage annual approved budget, P&L, and measure monthly spending by ensure efficiency and finding continuous opportunities for cost reductions
