· In 18 months, built and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan that would catapult the nonprofit organization from a drop-in center to a fully operational transitional housing facility for homeless youth

· Lead the vendor selection and implementation project for the database that will support 1000+ volunteer records, 2,500+ donors, and a refined volunteer cultivation
