• Oversee warehouse flow including receiving, pick & pack, returns processing, and order fulfillment • Oversee product flow from manufacturers (with purchasing) including receiving process, communications and warehouse organization • Supervise the coordination of logistics (TL, LTL and UPS/small package) • Manage plans to meet or exceed bottom line, sell-through goal, and gross margin impact • Actively participate in annual inventory management with Finance and Operations and on-going cycle counting.
