• Lead, support, and develop a team of 4 Area Manager, 6 Process Assistants, and 350 Associates
• Build productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts/ metrics and partnering with other department OM's to determine labor needs
• Creating, communicating, and maintaining standard work practices, quality processes, and safety to Area Managers and Associates
• Monitor performance objectives and create projection reports to increase percent to plan accordance and achieve results

• Essential part of the 2021 SAN3 launch team by developing projects that set inbound standards and procedure
• Manage daily freight plans and flow of packages/product to attain volume goals averaging over 300K
• Engage a team of up to 130 Associates during shift to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, and attendance
• Mentor, coach, and develop Tier I Employees into leadership positions including Process Assistants and Ambassadors

Inbound Area Manager

• Plan, manage, and implement Ohio University Alumni events in the Cleveland area
• Volunteer and coordinate over 15 Ohio University Alumni events on a yearly basis

Volunteer and coordinate

•	Planned and coordinated over 80 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon races through North-East Ohio and out of state races
•	Secure race contracts with over 35 clients, marketed each event, and obtained permits for each race location
•	Created 8 different races from scratch and executed increasing the annual total revenue by 26%
•	Met deadlines, manage event budgets, financial reconciliation, post-race event recaps, and managed events with over 9000 participants
