Plan, schedule, and coordinate the supply, material flow, and inventory management from our manufacturing facility through to the customer. ? Takes initiative and leads the process in finding solutions to increasing storage space and keeping the warehouse efficiently organized and well maintained. ? Reviews daily/ weekly/ monthly achievement of KPI and report variances. ? Control flow of materials and/or products to ensure arrival according to schedule and specifications to maximize efficiency. ? Responsible for supervising the smooth operation of inventory control processes including shop floor control, stock location control, integrity of data entry, and accurate cycle counting. ? Ability to manage and direct personnel responsible for Shipping, Receiving, Packaging, Material Handling and Deliveries. ? Maintain effective relationships with external suppliers and internal customers (production, product managers) to meet the material needs of the organization. ? Analyze and manage the materials control processes to optimize inventory, shorten lead times, lower costs and improve quality. Knowledge of Kanban, JIT and stocking procedures. ? Lead and develop warehouse team to setup and enable inbound and outbound operations using Less than truckload (LTL), Full Truckload (FTL) and Freight forwarding.

Leads and develops the Manufacturing Operations Team, to obtain optimum productivity, while reaching strategic goals. Manages manufacturing and operations processes to ensure sufficient quantities of quality product on time and on budget in order to meet demand. ? Manages activities to ensure processes remain compliant with cGMP and regulatory requirements through monitoring, trending and auditing. ? Develop and implement MRP systems, inventory control, demand planning. Initiates plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials. ? Developed a program of continuous improvement, on-time delivery, will effectively direct the Production Operations from supply chain through production, oversees the supply chain, the production processes and maintenance to ensure safety procedures are followed and performance goals are met. ? Responsible for developing people, including succession planning, and training that improve people skills, improve engagement, and drive performance and productivity.
