I’m a Customer Success leader with a background in SaaS, legal tech, and go-to-market strategy. I help clients adopt new tools, get measurable value, and grow long-term. My career has taken me through sales, customer success, and product collaboration, giving me a full view of how to drive retention, expansion, and customer advocacy. I enjoy blending curiosity, customer focus, and growth mindset in every role I take on.

I’m also pursuing my MBA to sharpen my leadership, strategy, and growth skills even further.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my family, flying drones, or tackling a new home project.

I currently work on projects from two different divisions within First American (First American Data Tree and Data Trace). Both divisions are leaders in the field of “Big Data” for title and real estate solutions and play a key role in the success of many of our clients. 

I have made significant contributions to the marketing department’s strategic planning, social media strategies and event coordination. I have planned events for both divisions and am responsible for social media updates across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. 

I also work closely with potential advertising partners and have created strong relationships with our vendors for our trade show assets and promotional giveaways. I've created strong ties with our sales team and provided them with essential marketing materials. I have contributed to the promotion and design of our company’s websites.

Marketing Associate

Gained knowledge and explored the business career track within a B2B environment. Experienced how to increase company recognition with brand positioning, social media, and event coordinating with marketing in both the Title and Mortgage Industries. Supported marketing efforts of two property real estate data division companies within First American and understood how that property real estate data can be leveraged to help businesses propel their business.
