? Managing the delivery of IT Infrastructure services & operation of the group as per defined SLA. Devise and establish IT policies, process, and system for the continuous Service Improvement and implementation of strategies set by Management. ? Allocation of IT budget with the help of Senior leadership and effective Management and control of IT budget and report on expenditure and ensure cost effectiveness. ? Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost efficient and business valued contracts and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements. ?
