-Research fashion and market trends to create color stories, mood boards and establish overall design direction -Liaison with Production Manager to build T&A calendar -Creating, overseeing and updating linesheets on NuOrder -Supervise workflow through sample room with patternmakers, cutters, sewers and grader to ensure productivity -Search new sources for fabrics, trims and prints -Manage fit schedule and all communication between design, technical and production team members -Overseeing and executing photoshoots (including finding talent, photographer, studios, etc) -Keep production up to date with fabric and trim adoptions in accordance to T&A calendar and all deadlines
