I serve as a resource and candidate advocate on employee's related matters, supporting various human resources programs, enhancing continuous improvement, eliminating roadblocks, and improving processes for successful execution. I manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring processes, from assessing candidate qualifications for current open positions, negotiating offers, and initiating onboarding for a new hire.
